Example Use Cases
Developed a fully automated tool that automates the process of creating Microsoft Teams with pre-defined channels, tabs, and provides secure external sharing. The only end-user requirement is to complete a simple form to initiate the process. This solution not only reduces the time to setup and configure new Microsoft teams, but also enforces your policies and governance guidelines through automation.
Delivered a regulatory tracking solution for one of our life sciences companies that allows you to initiate and track all of your regulatory submissions. A custom form was built using Power Apps that defaulted fields based on an underlying master list. Once submitted, workflows running Power Automate flows were triggered to gather approvals and track the request. Notifications ensured that users are notified of all deadlines.
Developed a PO request and tracking solution that allows end users to initiate a PO request user a custom Power Apps form. Once submitted, a workflow is triggered that evaluates the request and based on the attributes (requester, dollar amount, etc.) routes the request for approvals, including legal if required. The submitter has full transparency to the request throughout the process. Once approved, the system integrates with the ERP application to create the required General Ledger entries.
