We enabled secure and governed collaboration using Microsoft Teams for a fast-growing life sciences company that was experiencing challenges managing their Microsoft Teams environment due to sprawl and lack of organization. Teams were being duplicated, documents were hard to find, and user satisfaction was dropping. Timlin worked with the client to define polices and create naming conventions, templates, and an automated workflow to control new Teams creations, resulting in a more efficient and organized collaboration solution.
We developed a fully automated tool that advances the process of creating Microsoft Teams with predefined channels and tabs and provides secure external sharing. This solution not only reduces setup time and configures new Microsoft Teams, but also enforces policies and governance guidelines through automation.
